Welcome to the Embodied Business App (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App. 1. Membership Access
- The App is exclusively for active members of Embodied Business (“Members”).
- Access is granted only to individuals who are enrolled in one of the Embodied Business programs, mastermind, or events.
- You may not share your login or grant access to any non-member under any circumstances.
 2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use this App.
- Access is tied to your active membership status. If your membership ends, your access to the App will also be revoked immediately.
 3. Intellectual Property
- All content within the App—including but not limited to frameworks, recordings, resources, templates, written materials, videos, and audio files—are the exclusive property of Embodied Business and its founder, Case Warwick.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share any content from the App without prior written consent.
- Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination of access and further legal action if required.
 4. Personal Responsibility & Disclaimer
- The App provides educational, strategic, and energetic business development materials. It does not guarantee specific results, income levels, or outcomes.
- You agree that your success depends on your personal effort, commitment, and circumstances.
- Embodied Business is not responsible for any decisions you make based on the information provided in the App.
 5. Privacy & Confidentiality
- As a Member, you may have access to community discussions, group recordings, or other Members’ contributions. You agree to respect the confidentiality of all information shared within the App.
- Any breach of confidentiality may result in termination of your membership and App access.
 6. Termination of Access
- Embodied Business reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms.
- If your membership is cancelled, expired, or revoked, your App access will automatically end.
 7. Limitation of Liability
- Embodied Business and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of your use of the App.
- The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
 8. Changes to Terms
- Embodied Business may update or modify these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
 9. Governing Law
